Security

Manage your PetroBench account security. Change your password, enable two-factor authentication, and review active sessions.

Go to Settings > Security to manage your password and account.

Change Password

  1. Click Change Password
  2. Enter current password
  3. Enter new password
  4. Click Save New Password

Requirements: 12+ characters, uppercase, lowercase, number, special character.

Change Email

  1. Click Change Email
  2. Enter new email address
  3. Enter your password to confirm
  4. Click Change Email Address
  5. Verify via link sent to new email

Your account uses the old email until you click the verification link.

Multi-Factor Authentication

Add an extra layer of security by enabling MFA on your account. See the MFA setup guide for step-by-step instructions.

Deactivate Account

Click Deactivate Account to disable your account. Data is preserved. Contact support to reactivate.
